What's The Return Policy?

All return items but be accompanied by a sales receipt with the corresponding items listed. No Receipt, No Return. Plain and Simple.

What items are eligible for a return and which are Final Sale?

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

NEW CD's must be accompanied by original sales receipt within 30 days of the sale date and UN-OPENED. This is a standard return policy for New CD's across all media box stores, this is not a special practice to our store.

GIFT ITEMS and POSTERS (T-Shirts, Memorabilia, Gag Gifts, Hair Color, Patches etc) Must be returned within 10 days with the original sales receipt. UN-USED, UN-OPENED, and UN-WASHED.

VINYL CARE, TURNTABLE NEEDLES and SLEEVES Must be accompanied by original sales receipt within 10 days of purchase. UN-USED and UN-OPENED.

ITEMS WHICH ARE FINAL SALE:

ALL NEW AND USED VINYL are FINAL SALE! Used Vinyl is sold as-is and priced according to title, artist, and condition. We welcome our customers to open USED vinyl to assure they are content with the condition of the record. Due to Factory/Distributor restrictions, unless a NEW VINYL is Defective, they are also FINAL SALE.

USED CD's, DVD's, and ADULT DVD's are FINAL SALE unless damaged or defective. In this case we always make it right by performing a complimentary disc repair and test. If the item is still defective after test store credit will be given.

BODY JEWELRY is FINAL SALE for Sanitary purposes. 

TURNTABLES are also FINAL SALE due to distribution restrictions. (Unless Damaged/Defective)

CASSETTE TAPES are FINAL SALE.

TOBACCO ITEMS are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

What do you buy?

We are always accepting gently used CD's, Vinyl, and Adult DVD's. *Please note, we require original art for all items. That means no CD carriers filled with discs*

How Much Do you Pay?

We pay according to Artist, Title, and Condition of items at the time of sale. We cannot perform price quote over the Phone, Facebook, Instagram, or by conversation without the item in store. *That means don't tell us about an original pressing sealed Led Zeppelin III and ask how much we will pay, we are not permitted to promise any purchasing price to anyone until time of sale*

What do I have to do to sell my items? How long does it take?

Selling your items is easy! Just bring them in and we will perform an inventory check on your items to verify titles we need/don't need. We will then verify the purchasing price for each item and give you the total.

The amount of time taken for this step depends on the size of the collection that is being sold. ie: bigger collection means more time, so we invite you to drop off your collection and we will call you when we're ready to pay you for your items!

What is your method of payment for my stuff?

We ALWAYS pay Cash for used items!

What can I Special Order?

We can special order just about anything! CD's, Vinyl, T-Shirts & Hoodies, Body Jewelry, Collectibles, and much more!

What do I have to do?

Just come in! We can access multiple distributors and suppliers to find just what you want! All we require from you is a down payment of at least 1/2 of the selling price at the time of order. This amount will be applied to your transaction when you pick up your Special Order.

I changed my mind about my Special Order, what do I do?

At the time of order all customers fill out a contract Guaranteeing their return for their items. If you change your mind, you have 60 days (from order date) to inform us IN PERSON of your decision in order to regain money put down for orders. (Cancelled Special Orders are Monitored. Customers who repeatedly abandon Special Orders can have privilege revoked.) 

I'm a Local Artist, do you do Consignment?

While we have participated in Consignment programs with local Artists in the past, as of 12/1/2017 we will NO LONGER be accepting new Consignment Contracts. Sorry!

Do You Ship?

We can ship almost Anywhere! Customer pays shipping along with cost of items. 

What Can I Pay you with?

We Currently accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Checks!

**Check Payment requires VALID Government issued ID for security purposes**

I bought a CD/Vinyl/Cassette and I REALLY DON'T LIKE IT! WHAT DO I DO?!

Please Refer to our return policy for NEW or USED CD's and Vinyl. While we're sorry you didn't enjoy your purchase, we cannot accept a return on this basis. We will happily purchase the item back from you at our Used Item buying price, but please note this will be not the same amount as an Item Return.
